Construction Site Security in Southampton

Building sites are easy targets. Tools, plant and materials can be stolen overnight, equipment gets vandalised, and people walk in when nobody is watching. A trained officer on site, especially at night and at weekends, is the most direct way to stop it.

RG Security guards construction sites for building services contractors, construction companies and developers across Southampton and Hampshire. All our officers are SIA-licensed.

On a building site, our officers:

• Control who comes and goes at the gate
• Patrol the site, compound and plant
• Check that equipment and materials are secured at the end of the working day
• Make regular check calls during every shift

Cover can run for a few nights or the length of the project, on days, nights and weekends. Security guarding is our fastest service, and we can usually have an officer on site the same day.

A site manager at a building services contractor described our officer as on time, courteous and diligent. You can read more on our manned guarding page, or see our security guards in Southampton.
